For the Ladies – Alphadom Diet
Many of my posts share the better life that a man can attain if he subscribes to the lifestyle of alphadom. I have highlighted how an alpha state of mind, spirit, and body can bring bounty, freedom, and a life one may be proud of.
I have neglected my largest audience segment, the girls. Yes girls read and praise my blog more so than guys. In my own life it is girls that tend to defend me from the haters. This post is for you girls.
Girls are ruled by their emotions. This is scientific. The female brain is more wired and more developed in the cortex of the brain that is related to emotions than men. One of the greatest emotions a girl utilizes is jealousy. Jealousy can fuel a girl’s warpath as well as her work towards beauty.
I have seen a jealous girl rediscover love as well as destroy her enemies. Jealousy is the stimulant that can propel a girl from obscurity to stardom. It is the vehicle that can strengthen or weaken love.
To all you girls I compel you to harness this powerful emotion that courses through your very essence. Do not be ashamed of it. Utilize it. Harness it. Use an alpha-male to learn how to control it.
One of the dangers of a prosperous society is a life of bounty. Prosperity = obesity. Obesity can make anyone physically unappealing. Truth. In recent years liberal minded campuses and hateful TV personalities have spread a gospel of “love your body the way it is.”
To those unfamiliar, people are being told to love having more rolls than a bakery. They are told that their knee sweat stains are normal. They are told the ideal of physically fit people is not for everyone. They attempt to tell girls that men will look beyond their physical attractiveness and want to sleep with a girl due to her personality, career, wittiness, and perhaps even her “sexual liberation.” These feel-good peddlers care nothing about the dangerous of being obese.
Honesty is my greatest strength. To all the girls this is the only thing that I can offer you without question. Men do not want to sleep with your personality. We do not care about your career when we are undressing you. In the throes of passion all that we think about is the flesh before us. Passionate sex is a pursuit of lustful beasts. Modern thoughts have no place in that bedroom.
I believe that any girl can be beautiful. Girls are genetically designed to be more beautiful than men. This has been scientifically proven. Bing it. However due to the success of the human race, beauty can easily become obscured by saturated fats and the norm of eating ice-cream when sad.
History lesson. Humans come from ancestors that were hunters and forgers. They were constantly hungry. In times of prosperity they would stuff their faces because tomorrow’s meal was not guaranteed. Our prime directive is twofold – procreation and gluttony. Females once they found a supporting mate put on pounds for their pregnancy. Larger girls made healthier babies.
Yes our path towards obesity is a genetic survival instinct. We live in a modern world with programming from a time past. This is a challenge everyone of us struggles with. I myself was forced to override my ancient survival instincts. The path was challenging, but my alpha mentality overcame genes.
Girls look around you, more and more of western girls are becoming obese. It is not a good look. Do not make excuses for yourselves. Do not use the tired line that “big girls were sexy back in the Middle Ages.” That is the greatest lie perpetuated by obese apologists. The Catholic Church wanted larger girls in paintings and such in order to not inspire sexual desire.
Fit girls are boner inspiring.
If you want to be healthy and feel attractive, find yourself an alpha-male. He will help you utilize the powerful emotion of jealousy to get you fit for summertime.
An alpha-male has options. An alpha-male is found to be attractive by more girls than usual. An alpha-male rarely gives a girl the vibe that their relationship is written in stone. All these things are the reasons that help a girl stay fit and healthy.
A male with options that is found attractive by other girls will raise the hydra known as jealousy within the soul of a girl. A girl who knows she has an attractive mate knows that vultures fly overhead. She knows that her man would be the trophy of many girls. She wants that trophy for herself.
A girl with an alpha-male will look at the competition. She will see the lewd secretive gestures the girls make to her man. How they run their fingers slowly and seductively down the stem of their wine glasses. How they tilt their heads baring their necks. How they attempt to get close and place their hands upon him. Like a lioness she will be bare her fangs to the competition. She will show her man that her body is superior to the banshees that are currently enveloping him. She will demonstrate the superiority of her technique.
A girl that dates or spends time with an alpha male is not ruled by her consciousness. She does not think to herself of how “independent” she is. There is a more sinister plot afoot: the machinations of her animalistic subconscious. Blank Slate Theory is dead.
A girl whose relationship is written in stone prepares herself for pregnancy no matter what age she is. The mind has a programming stronger than your thoughts. Similar to our ancestors, a girl with a long term boyfriend who she believes will be around will begin to get plump. Her body is preparing for child-rearing. This only happens in relationships where the girl believes the guy’s investment in her is solidified. An alpha-male never gives off such a vibe.
An alpha-male may love her to the point that if a girl asked he would give her the moon. However the alpha-male tendency to never defer to the world’s expectations keeps the female hind brain on tip-toes. It never has a chance to become secure. Ancestral programming. Take a look at George Clooney, he has been dating the same girl for years. She is in her late 30’s possibly early 40’s and she holds her beauty together. Clooney told her that he loves her, but no marriage awaits her by his hand. This lack of reproductive security keeps her at tip-top shape.
Your mind knows a fit body will inspire alpha males.
Your body knows it can start become bigger when it has attained relationship security.
Girls, if you want to truly stay fit and be healthy, find yourself an alpha male. Even if you feel that he cares for you through his tender touch or because you are one of the few people that he treats kindly, your hindbrain will never be secure in the thought that your body should start packing on the pounds for pregnancy.
My father flirts with other girls in front of my mother. It may seem disgusting or terrible to some of you. However the fact is, I see my mother’s attraction and love for him grow with each flirtation. He is an honorable man and the John F. Kennedy Method is not of his character. She knows this, but something in her primal instincts is stirred when he spits game.
Frank Sinatra’s wife was not able to curb her husband’s adulterous gallivanting until she herself made him find her irresistible. She lead him back to her bed through her siren song of keeping her figure and wearing clothes more sexily. Her own alpha-male inspired her to keep him to herself.
Beauty is skin deep. Plenty of research on this. Bing it. Beauty denoted to our ancestors healthy and child-bearing females to save our race. We haven’t overridden it. C’est la vie.
Feud With Yourself.
Your body is the number one indicator of both physical and mental health. Humans are subconsciously attracted to a more symmetrical body and face. Such traits denote strong genetic history as well as health and vitality. More importantly your body denotes your state of mind. Paul Eckman taught the world that micro-expressions can showcase a person’s emotions. Open book.
Many people laugh off the study of body language as the work of charlatans. Ingrates. Animals denote position as well as their own physical security with their body language. Humans are no different. You can tell when a person is going to strike similar to you know by how a cobra prepares itself. Humans are not special cases. We are all guided by primal instincts that waft from our pores.
Nothing personifies the word confidence more so than a relaxed body. A body that neglects constriction of muscle denotes a superior command of the environment around. Why do eagles lazily soar through the heavens while other birds maintain vigilance. Lions slothfully stroll through their domain. Security in self. A man who can defend himself carries himself differently than the proles fearing for their existence.
In order to translate your confidence of self through your body you must first find confidence in yourself. Throughout this blog you will find posts that will help propel you in the proper direction. Many of you will become exasperated and will tire of the journey. Feeble conviction. To the few that will persevere, to those that will conquer your demons, to those that will tame the Cerberus of mediocrity and have it lay at your feet: I show you what awaits you in Valhalla.
The alpha male is easily recognized by his contrapposto pose. To those that neglected the humanities, contrapposto is the personification of alphadom in art. The contrapposto pose is most famously depicted in Michelangelo’s David statue. It has been used in Western art to depict the most attractive of psychological dispositions: the alpha state of mind. It suggests a calm and relaxed state of both body and mind. The secret to the contrapposto pose is that it depicts the subject placing all their weight on one foot.
Question: Why would having a subject place all their weight on their foot denote calm and relaxed demeanor.
Answer: It is easier to push a man over when all his weight is one foot than if he evenly distributes all the weight. One must be calm, relaxed, and assured of his environment to put himself in such a hazardous situation.
The relaxed body is the ultimate sign of conquered environment. When your mind conquers your fears and your insecurities your body will allow itself to become fluid. Bruce Lee once stated that you must become water. If you put water in a glass, it becomes the glass. Put it in a bottle and it becomes the bottle. Water can be nurturing or it can be devastating. Mimic water.
Take a moment one day, sit down to people watch, and take note of the majority before you. Their bodies are tense. Their movements are jerky and uncontrolled, their eyes darting to and fro searching for threats. They are field mice. Learn what not to become.
Do everything with purpose and do it relaxed. A lesson I learned during my earlier years playing piano was that I could generate a stronger sound once my hands became relaxed instead of keeping them tense. The same lesson is reiterated when I finally learned how to punch properly. When you punch you must keep your hand loose until point of impact. Counterintuitive.
When walking down the block relax your body. Lower your shoulders, relax your brow, loosen the rest of yourself. Make every movement count. Conservation of motion. Eventually you will attain a level of gracefulness. You will glide when you walk. You will not simply walk up or down stairs. You will rise and descend upon stairs. You will discover that a relaxed body creates a relaxed pace. You will be able to walk in a straight line and never have to avoid another person in fear of running into them. Their field mouse movements will empty the space before you when necessary.
Question: What helps a person to think clearly and react more efficiently.
Answer: Relaxation of the sphincter.
Yes your sphincter is causing you to be unable to think clearly and act more proactively in dire situations. Eye-opening. When you get nervous or fearful your sphincter tightens up and takes valuable blood away from your brain. Without that blood your brain’s processing of instinct becomes slowed. Life or death. This is why people freeze up. This is why people are unable to evaluate a scenario before shooting at enemies. When you learn to relax your sphincter you become not only more relaxed but a deadly calculating tour de force. You do not stop and think. You point and shoot and move on.
A sumo wrestler can be graceful because he relaxes his sphincter. It allows him to reach a level of relaxation that would be otherwise unattainable. Your chance of dominating a fight rises exponentially the moment your mind has the ability to process quicker and more efficiently once you unclench your buttcheeks.
Remember that once you conquer yourself you will walk with distinction.
Can’t Buy Alpha.
While doing research earlier today I came across an article. It was from the LA Times and the title of said article was: “In China, alpha males carry designer purses.” I naturally found myself intrigued and after perusing it became apparent that the author has no idea what an alpha male truly is. I am not surprised the author is a male. The west is faced with a generation of males raised by eunuchs.
Wang Zhongzhu, a 42-year-old insurance executive, wouldn’t dream of networking without his $1,000 leather Dunhill slung over his shoulder. He said the creamy brown mini-messenger bag sends a message that he appreciates — and can afford — fine accessories.
“It’s a way of representing where you stand,” Wang said. “It makes people think you could potentially work for a big company.”
“For Chinese, it’s a show of masculinity,” said Zhang Lianhai, a 33-year-old marketing strategist gripping a plain, black leather Prada handbag outside a Gucci store in Beijing. “We need luxury brands. You won’t be taken seriously if you look too casual.”
Mistake of many in the west: beliefs of what makes an alpha male: Money. Granted I am a proponent of the greatest cure man has created: Capitalism, I also recognize that money does not make the man. Alpha males are more prone to accumulate wealth because it is their own ambition to rule the world around them that drives them.
However, by the same token it takes an alpha male to be willing to travel the world with minimal currency solo. Vegabonding.
The author has incorrectly correlated alphadom to wealth. I would never call Hugh Hefner an alpha male even though he has accumulated a monstrous amount of wealth. (For why I do not view Hugh Hefner as an alpha male I point you to this article )
Furthermore an alpha male would never be worried about being “taken seriously.” You cannot fake being an alpha. Using props to impress people or as a slight of hand is a female trait. Mystery Method. You either have presence or you don’t.

A true man relies on accumulating status, image, and dignity through his own calloused hands, oaken spine, and sharpened mind.
You can’t buy muscles. You must go into battle with yourself and the steel plates. You cannot learn to endure pain unless you push yourself beyond your previously imagined threshold. You cannot become the best until you are willing to sacrifice leisure. Opportunity Costs.
If you want to be an alpha male you must struggle against every hurdle. There are no shortcuts. America used to recognize this.
In the meantime, Yang makes do with a $45 knock-off Louis Vuitton. Despite its provenance, he said his superiors at work told him the strappy number was a handsome accessory. They should know: They all carry the real thing.

This last phrase is what secured my belief that the China alarmists are overreacting. They need material possessions to feel confident. Disgusting. It appears that the Chinese reached suburban American levels earlier than anticipated.
In America children who play sports competitively are not given a chance to win. No one keeps score. We are afraid to hurt their confidence and self esteem. Seeds of Western Destruction.
While as a child I did not recognize and to an extent had ill wishes towards my father I thank him for teaching me how to live with disappointment and giving me the tools to conquer the Haters.
My father never verbalized his pleasure at my successes. He would only allow teary eyes when he glanced upon another trial towards manhood that I had surpassed. These were infrequent. My father held me to a standard above all others. I once had the highest grade in my class. It was a 98%.
His praise: Where are the other 2%. Judge yourself against yourself. Majority of those around you are potential failures and fools. Genuine.
While my friends played I had chores to finish. To this day he still questions my ability to be a man. All because I have yet to complete my own stone wall.
Did this affect my self confidence and confidence. As a child. Yes. As a man. Nay. It has taken some time for me to recognize the gift that was handed to me. Perspective.
Dear readers you must understand that in order to attain anything great in life. The struggle must be overcome. An alpha male is not his clothing. He is not his house. He is not his car.
An alpha male is his gaze. It is his earned smirk. It is his lackadaisical walk.
All the things that an alpha male becomes was earned due to him creating his own self-esteem and confidence. It was not presented upon silver. No spoon at birth only fingers.
I have seen disappointment. I have been on the end of scathing remarks and bombarded by sharp tongues. Perseverance is the last flower in the middle of winter which blooms in the snow.
You cannot buy alpha. You cannot buy self-esteem. You cannot buy confidence.
You must thirst for it. You must wish to satiate that thirst. You must dig your own well so thirst never finds you again.
Avoid the False Prophets.
A few months ago I met my first pick-up artist. I was returning from a night on the town with Senatus when the topic turned to flirting with girls in public.
I will come clean and admit that I have dabbled into the study of what is known as “pick-up artistry.” I was fascinated by these characters and wished to delve deeper into their minds. If you ever have a spare moment I would suggest you do the same. They are a warning to all hopeful alpha males: there is no shortcut.
Senatus and I sharing perspectives and I jokingly used the term “Venetian Arts.” I was unaware that in a moment I would be “called out.”
A man to our immediate right turned to Senatus and informed him that I was correct and that he should listen to me. I myself questioned the gentleman before me. I believe my knowledge of their inside lingo painted me as ally rather than foe. In truth I was disgusted by the sight before me.
This is a guy who took up three seats. He was twice my size. His hair was an atrocious homage to the Mohawk punk era of the 70’s. Like a cheap condom his leather jacket wrapped him. His chins denoting he loved eating butter.
With beady eyes and perspiring brow he continued to engage us relishing with stories of all the “sets” he opened. His stories punctuated by sausage fingers. Redemption came in the guise of my station. He invited me to visit the “lair” where he meets other men to talk about girls.
Few men make the conscious decision to become better. Many raise their voices with lofty proclamations, but few decide. However many of the men that do decide to become better do so because they are impassioned by the lothario lifestyle. The secret to a better life becomes obscured by dreams of afternoon delights.
The reason there are few millionaires, great athletes, success stories, and free men is because these things are hard to attain. Instead of looking internally and finding the chains that hold us in our perpetual state of whining and mediocrity we look outward. We blame society, our families; some of you may even blame me for your station in life.
Few have the courage and stomach to look at themselves critically, accept the defects, and decide to rid their lives of blemish. Even fewer are willing to taste blood, feel the ache of their muscles, and the taunts of the haters. These few that survive the hazing of life dine at the table of kings.
It is unfortunate that the majority that makes the decision to better their lives attempt to take shortcuts.
No matter what your goal, be it riches or females, there is no easy way to attain. There is no magic spell nor is there a secret method. You can fake it, but you will be caught. Full of piss and vinegar.
Now the “PUA” on the metro was sold an illusion. Panem et Circenses. He was told that if he memorized a few lines, took critical eye to his body language, wore “outlandish” clothing, and made his Facebook appear as if he was living life, his life.
Rome was not built in three days. Her magnificence was crafted through centuries. The same fate is before you.
If he truly wanted to be good with girls I would have offered him some tips.
- Get in shape. Do you believe that a girl is enticed by the possibility of finding herself trapped beneath your rolls. No girl wants to stand behind her man and stare at a hotdog pack of a neck.

- Fashion is for girls. Syle is for men. There is no need for you to have a Mohawk unless your personality denotes it: you’re a musician or playing a movie role. Your appearance only makes sense if it fits you in the greater context. Look clean and presentable.
- Do not live for the chance to get laid. This is the path to a mediocre life. I have already discussed why you should not be blinded by beauty. Reintroduction. You must build your life into something that becomes enviable. Do not create an empire ala Zuckerberg for a girl. Create an empire for yourself. They will come on their own volition.
I have been asked why alphas are in such scarce supply. The reasons are above you. Few are willing to go through hell to reach heaven.
This is good. Scarcity works in the favor of all those boys that decide to become alpha males. Become the De Beers of the sexual market place.
